Age 88; Of Bethel Park; peacefully passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016;  Beloved husband of the late Liz(Bevirt) Clendenin; loving father of Michael(Nanci), Russ(Nancy), John and the late Doug(surviving wife, Karen); grandfather of Dustin, Chris(Nancy) Casey(Mark) Tobik, Allison, Joy(Robert) Radke and Philip(Becky); great grandfather of Delaney, Olive, Silas, Emma, Anna, Pete, Ben and Asa; brother of the late William, June Bowen and Betty Jane Messerli.  Family and friends will be received Saturday 2-4 & 6-8 at Paul L. Henney Memorial Chapel, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, 4 PM at John McMillan Presbyterian Church(Everyone Please Meet at Church).  Dan was a WWII Coast Guard Veteran, , he graduated from Washington University, St. Louis.   After working over 30 years in steel sales he started the Clendenin Co. and successfully ran it with Liz for over 32 years.  Dan was very active and enjoyed volunteering through the church; he also enjoyed meeting his friends for work outs at the gym.  Family suggests donations in his memory to John McMillan Presbyterian Church, 875 Clifton Rd., Bethel Park, PA 15102.
