Helen M. Utlak

Of Bethel Park, passed away peacefully at home in Fleming Island, FL on Sunday, March 4, 2018; at age 93

Helen was predeceased by her parents: Anna Kurella and John Skunda, husband: Michael and son: Michael Jerome.  Surviving children and spouses Marcella(James) Joswick, Kathleen Rausch, Paulette(Frederick) Tuning, Sonya(James) Bauer, Marietta(Gregory) Irvin, Nadine Kowal; daughter in law: Sharon Utlak; also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Helen was born on March 2, 1925 in York Run, PA. She graduated from Uniontown High School.

Helen was an accomplished seamstress, baker, Homemaker, dedicated to her family and friends.  She was active in helping to establish St. Gregory Byzantine Catholic Church with husband, Michael and a member of The American Sewing Guild.

Family and friends will be received Friday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, A Panachida Service will be held Friday, 3:30 PM.  Funeral Service will be held Saturday, 10 AM at St. Gregory Byzantine Church, Upper St. Clair. Burial will follow at St. John The Baptist Cemetery.
