Joseph A.

Age 72, of Bethel Park, passed away on January 8, 2018.  Brother of Anna Marie Schwager and Rose (Don) Kosol; brother-in-law of Donna Kapolka; “father-figure” to many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his siblings, Marcy (Norm) Nemecek, Andy (Betty) Kapolka, Johnny Kapolka and Mary (Victor) Miniajlo. Joe served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.  He was an honorable man with a big heart that was a great mentor to many and was very compassionate and giving.  He will be dearly missed.  Friends will be received on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, Bethel Park.  Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, 10 am, St. Valentine Catholic Church.  (EVERYONE MEET AT CHURCH).  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans, 1000 Liberty Ave # 1606, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 OR Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
