Age 85, of Bethel Park, passed away on November 21, 2016.  Beloved husband of 63 years to Lillybelle (Valentine) Omslaer; loving father of Keith (Lynn), Jeffrey (Kim) and Bruce (Lori) Omslaer; proud grandfather of Nicole, Brian, Kyle, Parker and Ryan Omslaer.  Phil was a retired firefighter for the City of Pittsburgh, after 21 years of service.  He also served in the United States Army.  Friends and family will be received on Friday, from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Paul L. Henney Memorial Chapel, 5570 Library Rd. Bethel Park, where a service will be held on Saturday at 10 am.  Interment private.  In lieu  of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to a charity of your choice.
