Of Bethel Park, age 70; passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 01, 2018; loving husband of Judy(Jennings) Phillips; beloved father of Raymond S.(Allison)Phillips, III and Amy P.(Owen) White; grandfather of Cassidy and Abby Phillips, Maya White; brother of Thomas F.(Geri)Phillips, Laura (Richard) Hufnagel, Louann(Jeff) Harbin; also survived by many cherished relatives and friends. Ray was devoted to his family who will miss him dearly.  Family and friends will be received Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Paul L. Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park.  Funeral services will be held Monday, 11:30 am at Sunset Hills United Presbyterian Church, 900 Country Club Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15228(Everyone please meet at church). Burial will follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pgh., PA 15205.
