Age 73, of Burgettstown, formerly of Bethel Park, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on February 27, 2015.  Beloved wife of the late Frank “Butchie” Kotz, Sr; loving mother of Frank Kotz, Jr and Billie Jean LaBrosse (Mike Normile); grandmother of Robert, Lauren and Jacob.  She is also survived by her brother-in-law, 5 sister-in-laws, many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Ruth retired from the Upper St. Clair School District.  Friends will be received on Wednesday from 4-8 pm at Paul L. Henney Memorial Chapel, Bethel Park, where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 am.  Interment private.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the funeral home.
