Gerald F. “Jerry” Kane

Of Bethel Park, formerly of Rook Station; age 85; passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 3, 2024; son of the late Delbert J. and Mary E. Kane; beloved husband of 62 years to Martha (Volk) Kane; loving father of Delbert J.(Mireya) Kane, Timothy O. Kane, Colleen(Daniel) Pauley and the late Shawn Kane(surviving his wife, Tia); grandfather of Kathleen and Stephanie Kane, Shannon(Brian) Jones, Jonathan(Mandy), Timothy, Christopher and Brian Pauley; great grandfather of Eli Pauley. He retired after 44 years from the Norfolk & Southern Railroad.  As a devout Catholic he loved the Church and the Blessed Mother.  Family and friends will be received Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park.  Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, 10 AM Resurrection Parish/St. Thomas More Church.  In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to Resurrection Parish, 126 Fort Couch Rd., Pgh., PA 15241.
