Pandora C. Churilla

Pandora Spiroff Churilla, age 91, of Bethel Park passed away peacefully and is in the arms of our Lord on Sunday, February, 18, 2024. She is predeceased by her parents, Marie and Christo Spiroff. Her beloved husband, Joseph and dearly missed beautiful daughter, Joel Churilla Shea, have predeceased her as well and will definitely be greeting as she enters heaven. 

Additionally, Pandora’s sisters and brother-in-laws, Pauline and Robert Zeleznik, Stephanida and James Saunders, Gloria Fuehrer, Joseph Bacco, George Higgis, and Bernard Pierce have preceded her in death.

She sadly leaves behind sisters, Dorothy (Ted) Tiffany, Anastasia Pierce, Elvatoria Higgis, Mildred Bacco, Brother-in-law, Harry Fuehrer, as well as nieces and nephews. Her long-time friends, Lynn and Tom Sivetz will forever miss Pandora’s beautiful smile and kindest of hearts. 

Thank you to Country Meadows Retirement Community and Bridgeville staff for their loving care of Pandora in her last years.  

After a life of giving, caring and being of service to others, Pandora’s gentle and loving soul is at peace with her husband of 71 years and her daughter, Joel, who she never stopped missing.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, February 21 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM at Paul Henney Funeral Home, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park, PA 15102 (412-835-1312) where a blessing service will be held Wednesday, 12:30 PM.  Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Park.
