Dear Patrick: It behooves me, once again, to personally thank you, and the staff at Paul Henney Cremation and Funeral Tributes Inc., for all you did for our dad and, us, his family during this very, very difficult time. Your genuine concern and upmost professionalism (foremost your patience) made these very sadden and tough moments in our lives a bit easier to endure. Transitioning our mom from her home to your facility, although difficult, was very befitting; she would have been very pleased (and proud). Our mother looked so amazingly beautiful – in her state of repose; I believe our dad would agree as he lovingly looked at her, his beloved wife, in his private moments of console. Through all that was embraced within your accommodations - ample space to display her life in many pictures, the memorial leaflets, the recipe brochures, the beautiful prayer cards, the emotional and moving CD, to her bed of rest (such a stunning treasury chosen by our dad), to the beautiful flowers that were eloquently adorned around her . . . those that came to pay their respects (bid her farewell) saw just how much she really meant - how much we deeply cared – how much she was profoundly and ardently loved – as we stood with our dad (saying our goodbyes) and celebrating her – a life well lived – our mom . . . his wife. We had a very positive experience. Patrick and everyone went above and beyond what we expected out of a funeral home. All of you care about the people so much. This follow up service is so nice and unexpected.

Phil and I visited you to choose his funeral home. Shannon was wonderful in explaining all the details and helping us make our choices. She made us feel so comfortable; we knew we had come to the right place. In a situation that could have been devastating, she made him feel good about being able to make his own personal choices. We left knowing all his wishes would be honored.

Two short months later, Marie met with me and my children to handle his funeral. It was so comforting to put everything in her capable hands. From the obituary, to the viewing, mass and eulogy, even helping us with the luncheon arrangements following the funeral, Marie was with us every step of the way. We came to think of her as part of the family.

Patrick saw that all the plans were carried out smoothly and efficiently on the day Phil was buried.

Shannon visited me several times following the funeral to make sure I was doing okay and gave me helpful information on the many followup details that needed tended to. Your beautiful plaque with Phil’s picture and verse now hangs on my wall as a deep source of comfort.

I can’t thank you enough. Phil’s spirit is still with me, but his funeral was a wonderful tribute to his life. Giving him this last send-off was our final gift and you helped make it beautiful.

Words cannot possibly express my deep appreciation and gratitude to Paul and Marie. They were there every step of the way guiding us during our most difficult journey and even after the funeral was over. They were a blessing to our entire family.

Patrick is such a nice guy and helped make this difficult time easy for us. He took care of everything and was wonderful to our family.

Patrick handled all the details at the time of my mother's passing. We were so impressed and grateful for his compassion, kindness and professionalism. Paul and Marie have been dear friends for years and we have the highest respect for them. They both attended my mothers memorial service, which went far beyond what they needed to do. They all have demonstrated their love, support and excellence in what they do for all the years we have known them.

Patrick was extremely sensitive to our situation with my mother having Alzheimer's and the death of my sister. The entire process was very smooth and we felt a personal connection. It was like getting help from a family member. He is great at this job!
