Irwin, Bonnie J.
Of Bethel Park, age 57, went to be with Jesus on Saturday, October 27, 2018, after a 30 year battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Bonnie was a secretary for a psychiatrist’s office and an expert in shorthand. She eventually became a certified massage therapist to fulfill her desire of helping others.
Bonnie’s passion was riding bareback on her horse Annie all over South Park with her border collie, Katie, leading the way.
Throughout her disability she maintained a positive and loving spirit.
Because of her perseverance and desire to be around people, she could be seen daily at the Village Square Giant Eagle Market District, where she made significant friendships, and encouraged others by sharing the love of Jesus. This became a ministry for Bonnie.
She was a faithful and longtime member of the South Hills Assembly of God Church, where she rarely missed a Sunday.
