Of Bethel Park; age 82; passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 30, 2022; beloved wife of 60 years to Joseph “Jay” Thompson; loving mother of Alan Thompson, Dan(Vicky) Thompson, David Thompson, Melissa(Frank) Wittler and the late Mark Thompson; grandmother of Sean(Katie) Scabilloni, Hailey Thompson, Carly Thompson, Brooke Thompson, Adam Thompson, Kyle Thompson, Audra Thomspon, Lexi Wittler, Eva Wittler, Taylor Sciarretti, Camyrn Sciarretti, Hayden Wittler, Brooklyn Wittler; great grandmother of Quincy, Brooks and Anthony; sister of Linda(Bob) Patton, David(Carol) Miller, Debbie Jean Miller, John(Lois) Meier; aunt of Jeremy Miller; Foster mother of Robin Armstorng, and her children George and Jessica; mother in law of Brenda Thompson. .  Betty was a devoted wife, wonderful mother and fantastic grandmother she will be dearly missed.   Family and friends will be received Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park where funeral services will be held Wednesday, 11 AM. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Gardens
