Carol Sheldon Obituary

Carol J. Sheldon passed away on January 26, 2021, after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Edward Sheldon, and her sister, Shirley (Schilling) Knoerdel. Mother of Terry Sheldon and Kellie Sheldon Hernandez. Grandmother of Angela Moneypenny (Mike), Evan Hernandez (Megan) and Alexa Hernandez. Dear friend of Sandy Sheldon Hallett. Active member of the community at St. Thomas More Manor, where she lived for many years. There will be a memorial service held on Saturday, February 6, 2021, 11 am, at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd. Bethel Park. Interment will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Carol’s name to the American Cancer Society, St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Bethel Park or Animal Friends.
