Of South Park; age 82; passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 31, 2022; wife of the late Louis Scalo; loving mother of Jeff Scalo; sister of Ed”Butch” Fiertz, Linda(Ron) Goldie, Shelley(Paul) Wilson, Mickey(Mary Lou) Fiertz; sister in law of Shirley Mahoney; also survived by many loving friends.  Carole kept active by shopping, traveling,  going to the movies and Library, doing many things with her friends and she was a Huge Steelers Fan and enjoyed going to the games with her son and traveling to watch the team play at different cities.  Family and friends will be received Sunday 5-8 PM and Monday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park.  Mass of Christian Burial will take place Tuesday, 10 AM at Resurrection Parish/St. Thomas More Church, 126 Fort Couch Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15241.   Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
