David W. O’Farrell

Of South Park; age 69; passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 1, 2026; son of the late John P. and June O’Farrell; loving brother of Michael O’Farrell, Kathy O’Farrell, Connie O’Farrell, Nancy (Vince) Smith, Brian (Andrea) O’Farrell and the late Eileen  (the late Mike) Sutton; cherished uncle of Ashley (Travis) Zimmerman, Cara (Anthony) Crippin and Vince Smith; great uncle of Carter Crippin; also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many loving friends.  Dave was a master plumber, he was a member of Plumbers Local Union # 27.  He worked for the Housing Authority, and he worked alongside his father at Steel City Piping.  He loved the outdoors, hiking, hunting and enjoying time at his family camp in Warren, PA.  He also enjoyed having coffee at Panera with his friends and eating at one of his other favorite places, Pasta II.  He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Family and friends will be received Wednesday, July 8th from 2-4 & 6-8 at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park.  Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Thursday, July 9th at 10 am at St. Paul of the Cross Parish/St. Anne’s Church, Castle Shannon.  Burial will follow at St. Anne’s Cemetery.  Donations in his memory can be made to Washington Humane Society, 1527 PA-136, Eighty-Four, PA 15330
