Dennis Andrew Dixon

Passed away on Monday, May 18, 2026; son of the late Jack and Mary Ann Dixon; loving husband of Joelle (Bean) Dixon; cherished father of Jacob (Paige) Dixon, Alexandra Dixon and Jack Dixon; grandpa of Cooper Andrew Dixon; son in law of John and the late Jane Bean; brother in law of John (Erin) Bean; uncle of Peyton and Morgan Bean; survived by many loving cousins who considered him the 9th child.  Chief Dixon was a member of the Heidelberg Police Department for over 18 years. He was an avid outdoorsmen, who enjoyed his time on the lake and being with his family.  Dennis’ greatest joy was watching his children excel in their respective sports and making his grandson Cooper smile.

Family and friends will be received Tuesday, May 26th from 12-8 PM at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park.  Funeral services and Police Honors will be held Wednesday, May 27th, 10:30 AM at Bethel Park Community Center, 5151 Park Ave., Bethel Park, PA 15102 (Everyone will meet at the Community Center).  In lieu of flowers donations in his memory can be made to MarthaFund. http://themarthafund.redpodium.com/donations
