Doris (Phillips) Puckett

Of Bethel Park; age 89; passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2025; beloved wife of the late Kenneth Puckett; loving mother of Leatha A. (Jan) Banks, Robert D. (Solange) Puckett, Charles E. (Julie) Puckett and the late Thomas W. Puckett; cherished grandmother of Nathan (Brianna) Puckett, Katie Puckett, Rachel Puckett, Megan (Billy) Jackson, Lauren Finnerty and Robert(Christina) Solensky; great grandmother of Luke, Wyatt, Ellie Jackson, Alexandra and Natalie Solensky; She was born in Maybeury, WV and was preceded in death by her eight siblings.  Doris met her husband Ken while both were employed by the FBI in Washington, D.C. She worked in the Bethel Park School District and was a Computer Lab Instructor at Neil Armstrong Middle School.  Doris was known for her quick wit and dry sense of humor. She was a wonderful wife, mom, grandma, greatgrandmother and a stellar homemaker. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Family and friends will be received Wednesday, April 23rd from 10 am until the time of the funeral service - 12 PM at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Park.
