Dorothy H. Corbett

Dorothy H. Corbett, 81, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024, at Halycon Senior Living.

She was born in Hollywood, CA, on January 23, 1942, to the late Dwight and Lillian Hill.

Dorothy was a devoted wife to her late husband Charlie who passed away in 2014. Loving mother to Rachel (Dennis) Thieroff and grandmother of Vivian Thieroff.

She was a faithful woman and was a member at Ruthfred Lutheran Church.

Her beloved friends knew her by many names; Dorothy, Dot, Dottie, Mrs. C, Gaddy, the D.O.T., dotbot, mom, sister, aunt, cousin and best of all Gigi. Her love and support touched the lives of so many friends that became family.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the amazing staff at Halcyon Senior Living as well as, her hospice team at Advanced Hospice.

Friends and family are invited to a Memorial Service to honor the life of Dorothy at Ruthfred Lutheran Church, 3401 South Park Rd, on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at 11am.

Dorothy's final resting place will be with her husband at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
