Elinor Jaworski

 Elinor A. Jaworski, of Bethel Park, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the age of 100. 

She was born in the East End of Wilkinsburg on September 25, 1925, to the late Eugene and Rosemary Keefer. 

Elinor was the wife to her husband, Michael C. Jaworski, until his passing on August 27, 1978. 

Loving mother to the late J.M. (Linda) Jaworski, Mark (Lucy) Jaworski, Elinor (the late Richard) Ross, and Laura (Stephen) Niznik; grandmother to Katie, Jennifer, Beth, Rachel, Matt, Cecelia and Mike; great grandma to 8 great grandchild; and dear sister to W. Stephen Keefer and Frankie McGough. 

Elinor spent her life devoted to her family. She was a Girl Scouts Leader, and enjoyed knitting, reading, and playing Bridge. She was Catholic by faith and a Christian Mother with St. Valentine Catholic Church. Elinor was loved by her her doggie Holly and her deceased orange cat Simba. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Valentine Catholic Church - Our Lady of Hope Parish, on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 10am. Burial will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
