Frank D “Sonny” King    

Of Bethel Park; age 91; passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 3, 2025; beloved husband of Betty J. (Frey) King; loving father of Laurie(Gregg) Ortell and David(Jill) King; cherished grandfather of Stephanie and Rachel Ortell, Max King; also survived by nieces and nephews; preceded in death by by his parents; Frank and Sophie King; one brother and seven sisters.  Frank was an Army Veteran, he was active in the Gold Card Club in Bethel Park and Ruthfred Lutheran Church, he also was a Boy Scout Leader.  He retired after many years from West Penn Power.  Family and friends will be received Sunday from 2-4& 6-8 PM at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park.  Funeral services will be held Monday, 11 AM at Ruthfred Lutheran Church, 3401 South Park Rd., Bethel Park.  Burial will take place at Jefferson Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations in his memory to Ruthfred Lutheran Church.
