Of Bethel Park, age 73; on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. Beloved husband of 49 years to Maryann (Singer) Wellinger. Loving father of the late Brian Wellinger; Lisa (Jay) Hooper; Scott (Kelly) Wellinger; Christopher (Briana) Wellinger. Cherished grandfather of Emalee, Jaxson, Aubrey, and Nathan Hooper; Jamison, Isla and Aria Wellinger; Mason, Logan, and Bryson Wellinger, and an angel baby in Heaven. Son of the late Eileen and James Wellinger. Brother of Patricia (James) Subbot; Mary Ann (Robert) Barron. Son-in-law of the late Dolores and Joseph Singer. Brother-in-law of Joseph (Carol) Singer. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was an employee of the former Mesta Machine Company for 18 years and St. Germaine Church and School for 22 years until his retirement in 2011. His treasured enjoyments in life were his family, being a Pap Pap to his 10 Grandchildren, golfing, and playing the guitar in the St. Germaine Contemporary Group for many years. Per family request there will be no viewing.  Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Saturday, 10 AM at Our Lady of Hope Parish/ St. Germaine Church, 7003 Baptist Rd., Bethel Park(Everyone Please Meet At Church).  In his memory donation can be made to St. Anthony School Programs, 2000 Corporate Drive, Suite 5080, Wexford, PA 15090.  Arrangements handled by Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, Bethel Park.
