Judith Ann LaSpesa

Judith Ann LaSpesa, age 82, of Bethel Park passed away peacefully on September 19, 2022. Daughter of the late Lovell and Melva O’Grady of Peotone, IL; loving mother of Michael Faulkner (Debbie) of Bethel Park, PA and Debra Perry (Doug) of Medina, WA; sister of the late James O’Grady (Jeanette O’Grady Neybert) of Beecher, IL and Joan Schmidt of Homewood, IL; beloved grandmother of Paul Faulkner of Bloomington, IN and Ava Perry and Grant Perry of Medina, WA; also survived by three nieces and three nephews.  

Judith was employed for much of her career as an X-Ray Technician working in hospitals and private offices in Chicago. After retiring, she moved to the Pittsburgh area to be closer to her son and his family. Judith was a longtime member of Mt. Lebanon Evangelical Presbyterian Church, serving as a deacon. 

Judith was fiercely independent and often reinvented herself. In her free time, she enjoyed oil painting, sewing, home improvement projects, and working in real estate. 

Family and friends will be welcomed on Friday, September 23 from 4-7pm at Paul Henney Cremation and Funeral Tributes 5570 Library Road, Bethel Park PA. A blessing service will be held immediately following at 7pm.
