LeRoy Burkhart

LeRoy Burkhart of Bethel Park, PA, passed away on June 3, 2024.

Born on August 6, 1940, to the late Philip and Margaret Burkhart.  Lee graduated from Langley High School.  He served in the Air Force from 1960 through 1964.  After he was discharged from the Air Force, he worked for many years at Alcoa in the IT department.

He met his late wife, Mary, in 1964 and wed on September 14, 1968 at St. Bernard.  They have 4 children together, sons Philip (Mary), Robert (Catherine), and Michael (Donna), and daughter Susan; and 6 grandchildren Troy and Mark Sigafoos (Susan), Ella Burkhart (Robert), and Shane, Antonio, and Isabella Burkhart (Michael).

He loved to golf, bowl and making friends everywhere he went.

Family and friends will be received Saturday 10AM-12 PM at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park where a service will be held Saturday, 12 PM.  Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
