Lucille “Elaine” Hammel

Of Bethel Park;  age 82; passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, December 2, 2023; daugther of the late Francis and Agnes Schneider; beloved wife of Joseph J. Hammel; loving mother of Eugene Joseph, Terry(Frank) DiClaudio, Darlene(Robert) Bielich, Joseph(Wendy) Hammel, Michele Goyak, Rene(Chris) Geraci, Danielle(Gregg) Dojcak and the late Paul Hammel; sister of Cecilia Haley, Denise Major, Charlotte Budzik, Bernie, Mark, Dale, Bill, Fred Schneider,  the late Dona Hickman and Frank Schneider ; also survived by 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.  Elaine had a way of multiplying love and putting others before herself.

Family and friends will be received on Monday 2-8 PM at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park.  Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Tuesday, 12 PM at St.Valentne Church, Bethel Park. She will be deeply missed by many.
