Of Baldwin; age 69; passed away peacefully on Friday, December 2, 2022; daughter of the late Dahn and Eleanore Ober; beloved wife of Jeffrey Tate; loving mother of Caitlin (Matt) Rill; brother of Mark Ober, Jayni (Michael) Bonacuro, the late Jann Freund and the late Dahn(surviving his wife, Debby) Ober; niece of Kay Kweder; sister in law of Jay Tate and the late Gregory Tate; also survived by nieces, nephews  and friends. Family and friends will be received on Monday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park, where a blessing service will be held Tuesday, 11 AM.  Lynnie was proud of being a mom, she loved to read, crochet, and do calligraphy.  She was a most loving, caring person and will be dearly missed.
