Mary Helen Burroughs

Age 73, of Bethel Park, passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday, October 28, 2020. Beloved wife of 47 years to Randolph “Randy” Burroughs; loving mother of Amy Louise Burroughs (Terry Bolinger); proud grandmother of Stella Bolinger; sister of James Hamilton and David (Sue) Hamilton. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends. Mary was a loving, kind and joyous woman. She was a real-life angel that enjoyed people and loved to laugh. Her angelic personality was apparent in her 35 year career as an elementary teacher for Pittsburgh Public Schools, which she was very proud of. She was a longtime and very involved member of Bethel Presbyterian Church. Mary will be missed by everyone that knew her and loved her. Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mary’s name to a charity of your choice.
