Farley, Patricia “Pat and Patsy”

Of Bethel Park, PA  age 82; passed away surrounded by her family on January 4, 2022.  Wife of the late Arden “Art” Farley and loving mother of Stacey (Tom) Ansell and Tom (Shannon) Farley.  Cherished grandmother of Christy (Ron) Kotwica, Ashley Ansell, Taylor Farley, Hailey Farley, Lyrick Farley, Brooke Ansell, and Luke Farley.  She is also survived by her sister Vicki (Ron) Spirk many nieces, nephews, wonderful friends and neighbors. She was preceded in death by her sister Annette, parents Thomas and Helen Doherty. Pat always had a way of making people feel welcome to her house that stood as the family homestead for many years. She also enjoyed spending time with friends at Cheat Lake, playing cards at the Bethel Park Recreation Center, going out for lunch or dancing with the Square Dancers and giving tours at The Oliver Miller Homestead in South Park. You would find Pat hard at work around tax time either at H & R Block or later at her own business Walczak and Farley. Pat always pitched in and volunteered for things for her children such as the PTA’s Christmas craft store or Girl Scout Cookie person and Bethel Park Band. As an active member of John McMillan Presbyterian Church she held the honor of Decan. 

Family and friends will be received Sunday January 9, 2022 from 3PM-8Pm at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd. Bethel Park and on Monday January 10, 2022 from 9:30 AM - 10:35 AM at John McMillan Presbyterian Church 875 Clifton Road, Bethel Park with funeral services at 11AM.  Burial will follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery 509 Washington Rd Pittsburgh PA 15228.
