Paul J. Schwindt

Of South Park; age 88; passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 26, 2021; beloved husband of 65 years to Rita(Del Bianco) Schwindt; loving father Mark (Rita) Schwindt; Sandy(Greg) Rust and Beth(Donna Carr) Schwindt; cherished grandfather of Patrick(Katie), Samantha and Kurt; great grandfather of Lily.  Paul was a Korean War Army Veteran and retired from US Steel.  He was an avid Pittsburgh Penguin fan and loved to play chess and pinochle. Christmas was made magical by his handcrafted unique christmas train display. He cherished his time with his family and will be deeply missed.  Family and friends will be received on Thursday, July 1st from 9 AM – 11:00 AM at Paul Henney Cremation and Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park.  Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Thursday, July 1 at 12:00 PM , St. John XXIII Parish/St. Francis Of Assisi Church, Finleyville.  Burial will follow at National Cemetery of the Alleghenies with full Military Honors.
