Robert J. “Bob”

Age 87; passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 13, 2022; son of the late Leo M. and Stella F. Kowalewski; beloved husband of 66 years to Rita C.(Komosa) Kowalewski; loving father Robert(Elizabeth) Kowalewski, Jr., Deb(the late Ken)Medvid and Dale(Kim) Kowalewski; grandfather of Aron, Virginia, Victoria, Kenny, Brian, Ash and Zachary; brother of the late Richard(Marie) and Donald(surviving his wife, Joan) Kowalewski also survived by 5 great grandchildren. Bob retired from Westinghouse in 1988 after 21 years.  He was a member of the South Park Seniors and Gold Card Club of Bethel Park.  He was an avid bowler, enjoyed traveling, playing cards and playing bingo.  Family and friends will be received Friday 2-7 PM at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., Bethel Park.  Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Saturday, 10 AM at Our Lady of Hope/St. Valentine Church, Bethel Park.  Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
