Age 57, of Bethel Park, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 2, 2020.  Son of the late Ernest Johnson and Barbara Johnson.  Beloved step-son of John Doleno, Sr; loving brother of Simone Thompson, Lorraine (Bill) Johnson, Ernest Johnson, Jr., John (Debra) Doleno, Jr., Sabrice Jean and the late Jason Johnson; loving partner of Ron Foy; proud uncle of India, Jason, Jasmine, Marcel, Brandon, Jada, Mario, Johnny III, Tyrese and Aaliyah; God-father of Nicole Mccray, Jason Johnson and Brandon Harris.  He is also survived by his cat, Chaz.  Rodney graduated from Bethel Park High School in 1981 and for the past 18 plus years, he has worked for Mellon Bank, where he thoroughly enjoyed his job.  He was a quiet and private person, but since meeting his partner Ron, he has opened up and enjoyed his life even more.  He loved to listen to his records, music, enjoy his cocktails and wear expensive cologne.  Rodney loved his nieces and nephews and was very generous to them.  Before his mom passed away just over a year ago, one of his favorite things to do was to have coffee with her every morning.  Although he was quiet and private, Rodney was very loved by those who knew him and he will be greatly missed.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 8th from 6-8 pm at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd. Bethel Park, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 9th at 11 am.  Interment will follow in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.

State and CDC guidelines will be followed.  Face covering will be required and we are limited to 25 guests in the building at a time.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
