Age 79, of Bethel Park, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021. Loving mother of Paul L. O’Sullivan; beloved sister of Louanne (Richard) Radi; former wife of Paul T. O’Sullivan and loved niece of the late Jean Kostek and Evelyn/ Williams. Roxanne will be dearly missed by her family and friends.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Rd., where a blessing service will be held on Thursday, 11 am. Interment will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park.
