Sandra S. McPherson

Of Bethel Park; passed away on Friday, October 9, 2020 from long-standing complications of diabetes; daughter of the late Harriette and John L. McPherson; sister of John D. McPherson and the late Suzanne McPherson Gardner; aunt of Alexander McPherson, Kaitlyn McPherson, and Brian Gardner. 

Sandy was a near life-long resident of Bethel Park, save for a few years in Paris and a year in Hawaii. She graduated from Bethel Park High School and West Virginia University. She spent her career teaching in the McKeesport School District, where she retired as chair of the McKeesport High School English Department. In retirement she was a docent at the Frick Museum Clayton Mansion in Pittsburgh.

Because of the ongoing pandemic, there will be no public service.
