W. Foster Walker

W. Foster Walker, 94, of Bethel Park, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 28, 2025. 

He was born in Pittsburgh on October 14, 1930, to the late James Francis and Rebecca Walker. 

Foster was the loving husband to the late Carolyn (Lippincott) Walker; beloved father to Joyce Soboczenski, Laurel Hager, Cynthia Cooper, and William Foster Walker, Jr.; grandfather to 11; and great grandfather to 3.

He is preceded in death by his grandson, Steven Spring. 

Foster was employed by Hankinson Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer until his retirement. He had 9 patents over his career and was known as a very intelligent man. 

He was an avid competition shooter and enjoyed target shooting. He was a member of the Carrick Sportsman Club. 

Interment will be private at Bethel Cemetery.
