Age 88, of Bethel Park, passed away on January 13, 2018.  Beloved husband of Carol Vicker; loving father of Eric and Jason Vicker; grandfather of Tyler, Dylan, Alexa and Logan Vicker.  Joe was a Korean war veteran, serving in the United States Army as part of the 101st Airborne Division.  He retired from Allegheny County Police after 27 years as an officer and he was past president of the FOP.  A mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, January 18 at 10 am, St. Thomas More Church.  (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).  Interment with military honors will be held on Thursday, 1 PM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.  (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CEMETERY).
