So sorry to hear about Fran. She was one of my oldest and dearest friends. She made me a better person just to have known her and also everyone she touched. She will be missed greatly by everyone who knew her. Frank, I did admire her for her goodness and gentle ways. We had so much fun at our first job at Sun Life in Pittsburgh when she was on the switchboard. Your children and you have my deepest sympathy. Sincerely, Zora
